Pocoyo Playset - Let's Count! 1.6

The Pocoyo Playset Let’s Count is an educational application that combines play with learning, providing children with an enjoyable way to develop their counting skills through interactive games and activities.

In this app, children engage in identifying the correct number of objects, assisting Pocoyo in overcoming various obstacles to earn rewards. One of the notable features is the Whack a Mole game, where players listen for a number name and then tap the corresponding numeral as it appears. Additionally, the app allows children to synthesize their knowledge by creating their own music on a virtual keyboard, reinforcing their understanding of number names, numerals, and quantities.

Utilizing this application, children will:

• Identify number names and count to 20.
• Count and match quantities with written numerals ranging from 0 to 5.
• Respond to “how many” questions for up to 10 items arranged in a pattern and up to 5 items in a scattered configuration.
• Learn and employ mathematical language associated with counting and quantity.
• Build fluency in oral English.

This application offers a pathway for children to enjoy learning while having fun.
